Why We Built This Site
Public court information in Alabama is available through several channels, but no single free statewide search covers every Baldwin County case. The Baldwin County Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit and District Court dockets. Probate Court maintains a separate inquiry, and each city court keeps its own ordinance and traffic records. We bring the verified request steps, contact details, case-number guidance, and official search tools together so the court level is clear before a lookup begins.
What You Will Find Here
- Case lookups: ways to use the case lookup tools by case number or party name
- Docket searches: how Baldwin County criminal and civil entries are found and read
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are ordered from the proper clerk
- Dates and settings: how to check court dates and confirm the latest hearing notice
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Alabama court, clerk, or government agency. Our role has strict limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Outside providers operate the search boxes that appear on some pages. They control their services, pricing, results, and data practices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports site operations. We do not decide what a partner charges or which records its service returns.
